Return/Exchange Policy
Returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging.
Exchanges only for a different size or color of the same product.
Please email your order number(s) and the reason for the return/exchange. The order must be within 7 DAYS of receiving your item(s).
If approved, a return address will be sent to you with instructions.
Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a member from the Snazzi Lust team will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.
Please allow Snazzi Lust 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
If there was a refund processed, the money will be sent to your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
Snazzi Lust Return/Exchange Policy

Snazzi Lust will accept:
The request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Snazzi’s part.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.
All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.
